In the question and answer session a reference is made to the fact that Donald stated at a judge seminar that he had not heard of phrasing. The seminar was chaired by Malcolm McRae whose recollection is that the word used was “scansion”, not “phrasing”.  “Scansion” was a term which seems to have been exclusively used by RU Brown and RB Nicol.
