Information

This somewhat unusual tune is known only from its setting in the Campbell Canntaireachd. An unusual feature is the repetition of the first bar of line one of the Urlar and the variations, making a five bar line. This according to the PS editors seems necessary and any attempt to regularise it would spoil the effect of this rather striking piece.
